Accommodation

Villa Gecko is a four bedroom luxury Thai style villa located just above Surin Beach in the Ayara Surin housing estate on the west coast of Phuket. It has panoramic views of the Andaman sea from every room. The villa faces due west and provides superb sunsets (all pictures on this website were taken at the villa by the owner). The villa has 600 square meters of living space on two levels. Half of the living area is comprised of outdoor terraces, salas and a 5 X 12 meter infinity edge swimming pool. Maid service is included and cooking, meals and transportation can be arranged. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. The villa has wireless broadband internet access, flat screen television with digital satellite channels, DVD player and a stereo system that distributes music throughout the villa that can be connected to either your own iPod, music player or computer. The owners provide a personalised document to each guest staying at the villa with loads of useful information about Phuket based on their own personal experiences.

Location

The villa is located in one of the most convenient locations on the island being within 20 minutes driving distance of the airport, four golf courses including Blue Canyon, several gorgeous beachs incluing Surin Beach (a short 5 minute stroll down the hill), Laguna Phuket, home of The Banyan Tree Hotel & Spa, The Amanpuri & Chedi Hotels, Treetops Araisa Hotel, and numerous superb restaurants and shops. Unlike the congested and heavily touristed Southern part of the island, the area around Surin Beach has been built primarily as a high end residential and 5 star resort area. But if action and nightlife are your thing, then Patong is a short 15 minute drive away.
