Accommodation

A number of Trisara's beautiful privately owned residential villas are available for rent. Situated on the northern headland, these villas are either directly above the seafront or set higher in the forest with spectacular ocean views. The villas adjacent to the main resort and are connected by a walkway or a short golf car ride.

The residential villas are large compound-styled homes and feature between 2 and 4 bedrooms, long swimming pools, and various configurations of private living and dining pavilions. Live in maids and a cook provide the services of dining and housekeeping.

The Trisara villa management team is dedicated to offering guests seamless service, from meal planning, housekeeping, parties, and also arrangements for activities and excursions. All of the Trisara resort services and facilities ara available to villa rental guests, including 24 hour room service, spa, gym, tennis, restaurant, bar, etc.

The residential villas are perfect for large families or groups of riends.

Villa 2 - 4br

Villa 2 occupies perhaps the most spectacular and dramatic headland on Phuket Island, with wonderful ocean frontage and 270 degree sweeping views of the sea and sunsets all year long. The private entrance leads to the upper open living sala and formal open dining pavilion from where a small staircase leads down to the main villa area. The centerpiece is a beautiful air-conditioned living / entertainment room that leads out to an open living sala surrounded by approximately 4,000 square meters of rolling lawns and the main L-Shaped 20 meter pool above the sea and a private track down to the sea.

All 4 bedrooms have sea views and lead straight out onto the lawns, coastal rocky seating areas, central entertainment room and relaxation sala. Two of the bedrooms are 92 square meter suites featuring generous bathrooms and the two guest suites are each 75 square meters, and
all have king size beds.

This unique 6,000 sq meter estate comes with a fully equipped 45 square meter gymnasium and a permanent staff including a house manager, cook, two maids and houseboy.

Villa 6 - 3+br

This beautiful oceanfront villa is set among magnificent old hardwoods and palms, offering both absolute privacy and a superb contemporary / Asian mix of architectural and interior styles. The entrance level opens out to a large master bedroom, open formal dining pavilion and a beautiful 15 meter pool. Slightly below this area, the villa opens up across tropical gardens and ocean view terraces to the most beautiful 20 meter, open-sided living pavilion crafted from old timbers and set right above the sea. An open staircase winds down to two beautiful ocean view guest bedrooms with breezy balconies and a large central entertainment room which can easily be converted to a 4th bedroom room with full bathroom facilities.

A discreet staircase leads from this level down to perhaps the most spectacular 25 meter swimming pool set beneath an ancient ficus, directly over the seafront. The decks of the pool are perfect for dining or entertaining and the views of Trisara’s beach and out to the sunset are breathtaking.

Villa 12 - 3br

This oceanfront villa is set right above the northern end of the Trisara beach and bay, and is the closet of all villas to the resort facilities, which are a short stroll along the beach path to the restaurant and main areas. Villa 12 has a spectacular entrance, from which the 800 square meter top level of the villa offers an enclosed dining pavilion, an open living sala right over the sea, the centerpiece 20 meter pool and the 90 square meter master bedroom. One level below, set among tropical gardens and the gentle slopes down to the sea are the 2 x 90 square meter guest suites and a spacious living sala, which can either be air-conditioned or open to the sea breezes.

This very special residence covers 3,000 sq m. of land and embraces the sea from all areas of the villa. The property also has direct access to the beachfront and hotel facilities.

Villa 18 - 3+1br

This spectacular, lofted villa enjoys expansive views right over Trisara’s bay and the coastline of northern Phuket. As the highest villa, this residence enjoys wonderful breezes all year together with superb views. The private entrance opens up to an 800 square meter deck, dominated by the sea views and housing an enclosed dining pavilion, spectacular open living sala, the centerpiece 20 meter pool. One level below, all embracing lovely views and the sunsets all year are the 2 x 90 square meter bedroom suites, one of which has an adjoining small children’s room with two beds. The spacious living sala, which can either be air-conditioned or open to the sea breezes is a perfect entertainment room.

Villa 11 - 3br

Villa 11, known as Villa Santi offers an oasis of tranquillity with a team of kind, dedicated staff consisting of a full-time maid, cook and dedicated House Manager.

The villa sits on over 3,000 sq. meters and consists of 3 bedrooms and one small childrens’ bedroom. The master bedroom is located on the upper level and two large guest suites and childrens room are on the lower level. The villa offers an entertainment room, dining room and a dedicated office. The upper level 20 meter pool and lovely open living sala is surrounded by jungle and open to panoramic sea views.

The villa is a short seaside walk to the resort facilities and is also very child-friendly, with safety measures built in to the design.

Villa 10 - 3br

Set higher on the peninsula of Trisara, Villa 10 commands spectacular sea views and lovely tropical breezes. The villa enters over a water courtyard into a large central living and dining room that leads out to a beautiful sundeck and the 22m pool that spills over to the sea views. The private master suite leads out to the pool deck with a number of ancient tropical hardwood trees providing a dramatic jungle-like atmosphere to the villa.

The enclosed living and dining area is connected to a smaller guest room upstairs with its own entertainment room. Another larger bedroom with its own extensive living room is located on the lower level which leads out to a private garden. This large villa is superbly decorated with artwork and offers wonderful outdoor shaded areas and sundecks for relaxing and has a great team of girls providing service and cooking.

Villa 9 - 2br

This compact two bedroom villa is situated in a lush garden and offers total privacy and sea views from its garden sanctuary. Villa 9 is the smallest of the Trisara villas, with two bedrooms set either side of the central living and dining indoor area. This leads out to the 11 meter pool and decks.

The villa has no kitchen, nor live in staff, yet Trisara private dining delivers 24 hours a day.

This is villa is perfect for smaller families.

The property is located over a private bay just 15 minutes from Phuket International Airport on the island's quiet, undeveloped, northwestern coastline.
