Samsara Villa 2 is a luxurious oceanside home that beguiles its guests with a powerful blend of serenity, subtlety and comfort.

This villa is ideal for larger groups and extended families.

Built expansively over three levels on a dramtic hillside seafront plot, its indoor lving and dining areas open directly onto dramatic wrap-around decks. Outdoor dining and sunning areas encircle a classic infinity-edge swimming pool which dissolves itself into the Andaman Sea and stunning sunsets.

Tastefully decorated indoor living, dining and sleeping areas combine rich Asian furnishings with modern luxuries - such as a projection TV room, 3 separate outdoor Jacuzzis and a state-of-the-art centralized audio system.

Villa 2 is serviced by a full time, live-in staff consisting of one cook and one housekeeper. Trained to anticipate your needs, they`ll look after you with an infectious blend of Thai graciousness and charm. An Estate Manager and front office team supplement the villa`s permanent staff, and are available to answer questions, make reservations, and provide an unmatched level of truly personal service.

General Terms & Conditions

The rental rate is inclusive of a full time two person staff (cook and housekeeper) who will remain in the villa around the clock during the duration of the guest's visit.

A car and/or driver can be secured upon request. Rates vary depending on the sort of vehicle rented, but generally speaking most cars and 4x4s rent in the range of THB 1,200 - 1,800 per day. Cost of a full time driver is THB 1,000 per day.

The villa is equipped with broadband wireless internet access which is complimentary. Food and beverage purchased at the local market is charged to guests at cost + VAT + 15% to cover delivery expenses.

Daily laundry service (that is, sheets and towels) is complimentary and a small amount of personal laundry can be done at the villa. The villa can arrange for dry cleaning and laundry for personal items at cost + VAT + 15% to cover delivery charges.

Check-in is normally 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m., but the villa can accommodate alternate arrangements under most circumstances.

The villas' telephone service permits local calls, but it is not configured to dial internationally. Cell phone reception throughout the villa is excellent.

The guest is financially responsible for any misuse of the property which may include but is not limited to damage and missing inventory.

Normally, a 30% deposit is due at the time of the reservation. Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.

We require a security deposit per villa of USD 1,500 for every week of rental - up to a maximum of USD 6,000. Minimum security deposit is no less than USD 1,500 - even for stays of less than a week.
