Accommodation

The house was built by the Architect of the Amman Hotel Group on a rock point at the end of a peninsula overlooking Kamala Bay and the Andaman Sea with 275 degrees view. The pavilions occupy some 5000 square meters close to many of the main hotels and golf courses (Banyan Tree at 15 minutes). It took 5 years to build the owner's dream house (with the most dramatic views in Phuket) which sleeps 12 people comfortably (owner's bedroom pavilion excluded).

One enters the regal compound through impressive 18th century Chinese doors. Once inside you are greeted by antique Burmese and Chinese statues, ornately carved wooden gables and magnificent views of the glittering Andaman Sea. A sense of serenity envelops you, the only sounds being the crashing waves, singing birds and cicadas. This is a true tropical oasis.

This house consists of 4 double bedrooms with bathroom and 2 double bedrooms sharing one bathroom for children and a nanny room all of which can comfortably be used by adults as well.] This grand home boasts ... an inviting infinity pool, a gym complete with TV and DVD player, a computer and movie room with a large pull-down screen, wireless internet connection (wi-fi) throughout, servants' quarters and beautifully refined landscaping. Each main bedroom is housed in separate 72 square metre Thai pavilions and decorated with antiques and a collection of Ong Vietduong paintings, a prominent artist from Vietnam. Bathrooms are spacious with sunken stone bath tubs built-for-two in the master suites.

The owners spent six years furnishing their home before moving in. The estate is adorned with predominately Asian antiques and furniture from Hong Kong. For instance, all electrical outlets are hidden inside drawers and the control panels for the bedrooms' lights and air conditioning are conveniently tucked inside the headboards which double as long black granite desks housing a safe and mini refrigerator.

The estate employs four full-time staff. The Head of the House speaks English and is also the head chef versed in both Thai and Western cuisine. Also on hand are a driver-cum-garderner and two maids. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is judiciously positioned behind the wall of the servant's quarter and provides a large wine fridge and dehumidifier in the pantry. ... elegance, sophistication and tranquility ... an unforgettable experience.

The villa is available for selected groups on a rental only basis. All food and drink is bought at cost for you by the villa staff and prepared to your own indivdual tastes.

A vehicle may also be rented when required along with a driver.

Boat Charter: OSU Riviera 48 Flybridge

The Riviera 48 Flybridge Convertible was the flagship of the Riviera range for many years and is well respected the world over for its srength, design and quality. This model has proved itself time and time again to be both extremely reliable and comfortable whether fishing, cruising or heading out to the islands for a day of exploring.

OSU is the ideal holiday boat for day trips or extended holidays and is fully crewed with just about every available option to ensure the most pleasant and relaxing day aboard of fighting fish offhsore.

For the fishermen among you, OSU is fitted with a full compliment of fishing equipment, Outriggers, Rod Holders, Fighting Chair and full navigational equipment as well as safety gear. There are many added extra luxuries such as full interior air-conditioning, aft deck awning for added shade, TV and DVD, Stero with surround sound (foredeck and flybridge speakers etc...)

For those who prefer diving, OSU offers a dive compressor and bottles but you will need to bring your own diving gear (mask, B.C.D., fins, belt, computer, etc...) as these are specific to each diver.
Day tours with lunch are available for Krabi, Phang Nga Bay, James Bond Island and Koh Racha, Phi Phi or destinations in between.

OSU's interior is finished in cherry wood with leather sofas and a navy blue Berber carpet. The cabins sleep 6 people (2 doubles, 2 bunk beds) and have custom soft furnishings, the master cabin to starboard, with its own en-suite. The flybridge is the place to be when underway with plenty of seating, fridge, sink and helm position aft which also provides excellent visibility.

Location

Laemson Villa is located on the west coast of Phuket, perfectly situated on a hilltop with views from both sides of the Villa. The main living pavillons villas and pool face West out to the Andaman Sea enjoying the superb sunsets. The open dining sala, the family and children’s room face East with sweeping views over Kamala beach and bay.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes to Patong, 15 minutes to Laguna and 30 minutes to Phuket International Airport. The International Hospital is also only 25minutes away.

Kamala is perfectly located between Patong and Surin, with a range of facilities from local restaurants to exclusive venues such as Baan Rim Pa just 10 minutes away and the well known Supper Club in Surin only 15minutes away.
