La Villa Rouge is part of the Sai Taan (or Banyan and Palm Tree in Thai) private estate. La Villa Rouge is a luxury villa with four bedrooms, a separate lounge, dining room, spacious kitchen and servants’ quarters. The villa has a 10 metre private swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, outdoor master bathroom, pool side Sala, and outside bar area.

The main attraction of La Villa Rouge is its complete privacy. Once you have walked through the main gate and closed it behind you, you begin your holiday of a lifetime in your own haven.

La Villa Rouge is Thai style with contemporary modern interior design and fixtures. The villa has been designed to combine the function of a modern home with an easy flow between indoor and outdoor, enabling open living. Design influences evoke the light and elegance of traditional Northern Thai architecture with pitched roofs over major living areas. All rooms open on to the pool, the centre of the house, via concertina glass and hardwood doors.

The villa contains a main living space comprising a kitchen, a dining room and a living room and three bedrooms, including a magnificent Master Suite, with pitched ceiling and an adjoining air-conditioned spa/massage room, with outside sunken bath. All other bedrooms have en suite facilities.

The fourth bedroom is part of a fully self-contained Garden Suite. The Garden Suite has a separate bathroom, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities as well as flat screen TV and DVD. There is an additional internet point in this Suite.

Guests travelling with their own nanny or helper can also use the maid’s quarter with separate bathroom and toilet which can accommodate up to two persons.

The Villa is serviced by a professional maid who can line in or out, upon the Guests requests.

The tropical atmosphere of the villa is prominent through a huge central living area, comprising a breakfast bar, dining room and living room with pitched ceiling that overlooks the terrace, pool and gardens. The concertina glass doors running the length of this area open directly onto the pool terrace thus creating a special ambience for entertaining your family and guests.

Guest have plenty of choice of where to dine, in or outside. There are three main areas for eating. A formal dining table in the dining room next to the kitchen, is popular for dinner parties and family eating. However, the climate in Thailand means that people can also enjoy eating at the 8 seater dining table by the pool; while children love to eat at the breakfast bar or in the Sala.

Finally, there is a separate outside bar area with seating for 3 persons, overlooking the pool. The bar has a fully-stocked fridge and La Villa Rouge’s maid can organize a barman to assist at any time for those long lazy afternoons!

Resting is a key activity at La Villa Rouge! The Sala is a favourite place for a massage, reflexology or just to enjoy a good book or magazine! There is a fan and wooden blinds for those moments when you want to escape the sun and relax!

Location

La Villa Rouge is located in Cherng Talay and is part of Sai Taan estate, 5min drive from the Laguna hotel complex, 25 min from Phuket Airport.
A good variety of restaurants is available within less than 5 min drive.
An afternoon’s golf is three minutes away at the Banyan Tree golf course.
Bang Tao Bay’s unspoilt 7K beach is four minutes away.

The villa staff will visit twice daily to make sure to keep the villa clean and tidy.
All bed linen and towels are changed every day.
Private laundry can be done by the villa maid (THB150.- per person per day).

Concierge service for all tours and activities; private tours can also be arranged.
Car rental with or without driver, full insurance coverage.
In-villa spa treatment with extended menu can be arranged from 10.00 am to 9.00pm (Massage is part of thai living and can be taken outside in the sala, in the massage/spa room or more privately in any of the bedrooms).

Babysitting service can be arranged with the villa maid on request.

Many beach and pool toys available.
A pharmacy is within 1km from the villa and the Bangkok Phuket Int’al hospital is 15km away.
Travelling light! Tesco Lotus carries all brand names for nappies and convenience food. Boots the Chemist is very near as are other chemists and pharmacies.
Children can join any of the Laguna hotels’ Kids Clubs (for a small charge).
